Frederico Bertholini holds a PhD in Administration (Institutions, Policies and Government) from Fundação Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro, with a sandwich period at New York University. He is a Manager of Studies at Codeplan-DF and associate researcher at Fundação Getulio Vargas. Prior to this, he was a manager-trainer at ProJovem Urbano, and ProJovem Municipal Coordinator of Professional Qualification at Rio City Hall.
Frederico’s research interests include the effect of political institutions on public policy outcomes; executive-legislative relations; coalition management; citizenship and participation. His research also includes the application of quantitative and qualitative methods on political and policy analysis.
