Evelyne Hübscher is holding a PhD in Political Science from the European University Institute in Florence. After graduating in 2010 she joined the School of Public Policy at the Central European University in Budapest as Assistant professor. Evelyne teaches courses related to public policy and policy analysis, welfare states and party politics at CEU and the University of Geneva. Her research interests lie at the intersection between party politics and public policy with a specific focus on the political and strategic determinants of unpopular reforms on the one hand, and the impact of intra-coalition policy making-processes on legislative output on the other hand. Her work has been published in the Journal of Public Policy and Comparative European Politics.
